IE11 Launcher for Internet Explorer 11

Launches Internet Explorer 11 on unsupported systems.

As of June 15, 2022, Microsoft is officially ending support for Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10. Windows 11 already lacks official support for Internet Explorer 11. In general, this is a good thing. IE11 is an older browser, has loose adherence to HTML standards, lacks a number of modern features and is rife for abuse by bad actors seeking to exploit its looser security model. Microsoft Edge, based on Chromium, is a better browser by most metrics. But there are still times when you might need to run Internet Explorer 11. The majority of these cases can be solved by running Edge in IE Mode, which still uses the Trident MSHTML renderer and should be sufficient for most use cases. But as developers, we occasionally need the real deal. This is a simple executable that launches IE11 proper. Nothing more, nothing less. You should really only download and use this if you know what you're doing and have a legitimate reason to continue running Internet Explorer 11.
